One who removes darkness and spreads light. Which awakens faith in extinguished hopes. When something seems impossible, show him the way to make it possible. Our main objective is to make education not just about school. It is not limited to the walls and school premises but it also aims to educate the students as a whole. By bringing about a change in outlook and making them the best people with scientific thinking and creative imagination. The diversity in culture and language of Kendriya Vidyalaya, where the students come from different backgrounds provides them a vast intellectual aspect of knowledge. The rich cultural diversity of India makes them more sensitive. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Hyderabad Region is Committed and always ready to meet the necessities of Academic and co-curricular activities of the students in endeavouring their future bright. Our goal is to inculcate the required values and develop life skills to accomplish the necessities of 21st Century. In this journey of self-improvement and progress, the Teachers, staff members and parents play an important role in achieving our goal of creating a strong and bright future for the students. Nivartayatanyam pramadah swayam cha nishpapapathe pravartate. gunati tattvam hitmichchuranginaam Shivarthinam yah sa guru rnigadyate ॥ This Sanskrit verse defines the importance of Guru in our life. New Teachers have a decisive role in achieving the objectives of Education Policy 2020. The Students flourish under the loving care and guidance of their teachers who guide them in facing real challenges and finding solutions of them under their great guidance. We are committed to leave no stone unturned in providing ample opportunities to our students to educate and train them to serve the society and the nation. My aim has always been to ensure the best education for children with considerable theory and practice which will prepare them to be better citizens of the country. Having earned the love and respect of my students at Kendriya Vidyalaya, I would like to reach out to the teachers and students in this premier institution for the advancement of my own knowledge and experience and thereby transform student from Good to Great. Hence I look forward to dedicating my services to the future of this premier institution. My goals and vision are: 1. To build a strong tradition of excellence. 2. To nurture and develop, teachers and students towards meeting challenges of times ahead. 3. To facilitate instruction of the staff and students holistically - including the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, moral, and spiritual life. 4. To make further progress towards the target goals across the Curriculum, Communication, and Relevancy in Education. 5. To exceed faculty goals through effective internal and external communication and a firm commitment to student- centred learning. I believe that some of the strengths I can bring to add value to this position are: • Strong transformational leadership skills, with the ability to provide unity and direction in implementing goals. • Administration and Management skills with high degree of Empathy. • A visible, approachable presence; good rapport with teachers, students, and parents. • Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and coordination skills.
